If a technician has provided you with a six digit pin code, please enter it in the box below and press the 'Connect' button. (If you are not a current service agreement client, by clicking the connect button you agree to the billable rate as described in the current rate table).

Our regular business hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday. If you are experiencing a problem during this time, please log in to our Client ARTS system and submit a trouble ticket. If you do not have an ARTS login, please contact our office @ 614.602.4202 to get one set up.
