Service Agreement Rates (SA) As a Service Agreement Client, your unlimited support is already covered. Below are the prices for typical items not covered under the agreement.
Non-Service Agreement Rates A minimum of one hour will be charged for each on-site visit. After the first hour, charges will be broken down in 15-minute increments. A minimum of 15 minutes will be charged for remote support, including support by phone.
